By purchasing digital assets on chdev Assets (assets.chdev.co.uk), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the acquired asset in Roblox games owned by your linked Roblox account or Roblox Groups where you are the Group Owner.
You agree not to redistribute, leak, resell, deobfuscate, share with unauthorized third parties, or circumvent the anti-leak verification engine. chdev reserves the right to immediately revoke, suspend, or terminate any license without refund if a customer is found violating these terms or engaging in unauthorized asset distribution.
In the event that the chdev Assets platform is permanently shut down for any reason, chdev commits that either the licensing verification infrastructure will remain operational, or an unlocked copy of every purchased product will be made available to verified owners without requiring the online licensing system.
Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, holds no cash value, and can only be granted directly by an authorized chdev administrator. Store credit cannot be purchased directly and must cover the full product value to be redeemed.
